• Send reminders and follow-ups

You must not:

• Send spam or abusive messages
• Violate messaging platform policies (WhatsApp / SMS)
• Use the service for illegal purposes

• Messages are sent via third-party providers.
• Usage may be subject to limits (included messages plus additional cost).
• You are responsible for the content of messages sent to your customers.

• Subscription: ₹1,299/month after the free trial.
• Additional message charges may apply.
• Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• You may cancel anytime.

• 14-day free trial after onboarding.
• No charges during the trial period.
• Billing starts after the trial ends.

• You can cancel anytime from your account.
• Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

• You are responsible for the data you input.
• You must have consent to contact your customers.

• We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Features may evolve over time.

• We are not liable for business losses, missed bookings, or indirect damages.
• The service is provided “as is”.

• Terms may be updated from time to time.
• Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
