User Data Deletion

Email us at support@appointfy.in with the subject Data Deletion Request.

Include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or records:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Salon or business name, where applicable
• Any additional information that helps identify the account

After receiving your request, Appointfy may verify your identity before processing it.

Eligible personal data will then be deleted or anonymized. We may retain some information where required for:

• Legal or regulatory compliance
• Billing, accounting, or tax obligations
• Fraud prevention
• Security and abuse prevention
• Resolving disputes or enforcing agreements

We will acknowledge your request and confirm once it has been processed.

Deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days. Additional time may be reasonably required due to the complexity of the request or applicable legal requirements.
